khs frame id and ideas for an alternative fork

I recently bought what i believe to be a 1995 ti framed khs, however it is almost stickerless and I am keen to know exactly what model it is. It came with GT fork which is heavy and has rather flexy brake bosses something I may replace at a later date if only I can work out what would be a good rigid alternative.

Any suggestions on either point from the rb collective would be most welcome...
