Iv'e put these in pre 98, which I'm pretty sure the stem is, the bars I reckon are probably right on the cusp?
Anyhow stem is Kalloy Uno in blue (see pics below) 0 deg rise and looks about 130mm C-C, as was the fashion back in the day, long and low!
Used but in good nick, very small scratch under handlebar clamp which wont be seen when fitted.

Club Roost IDB 150 Bars, 580mm wide, 5 deg sweep, 165g, only riden on the bike about twice, hence are in very good condition, only marks are from removal of grips and wont show when new grips are fitted.
