Sounds like a plan. Wonder if light grey cables would work? Campag use to provide them with their shifter/brake set. Don’t have to be the authentic ones ($$$!) but could help keep a nice tonal colour scheme…

I´d strongly advise against OG Campy cables if you want to ride the bike. If there ever was an opportunity for a wet noodle joke, this is it!

Yes I remember the search for the Grey campagnolo cables on Coleman's swallow Griffin a few years ago, that was a real labour of love. .... Maybe I should look into that .. Or the options

I think "options" is the way forward. Jagwire offers lots of colour options and won't bust the bank or take an age to source and also reliable!

Yeah, I have used jagwire in the past and to be fair there have been reliable all be it frowned upon because they're not 'retro', still they give that retro a vibe and I'm happy with that.
