Jobs you love and jobs you hate

Can't you just use one syringe at the caliper and a small reservoir on the lever end?
I used to bleed my motorcycle brakes like that. Just pull the oil through with the syringe and fill up the reservoir before it's empty. Only in this case it would be a remote reservoir plugged in where the top syringe is supposed to go.

Figuring out the correct bottom bracket axle length for a given set of cranks and getting the perfect alighnment to the cassette so everything selects properly.

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Good/therapeutic - unwrapping new frame and/or components when they arrive. Cabling - as its usually the last thing to do befoe taking new bike out.

Bad/soul destroying - wrapping frames and/or drop bars for postage purposes. Like Velo - bottom brackets and front mechs.

Effing cantilever brake adjustment. Its what every retro bike in my garage is waiting for and I just cannot be arsed.

Does everyone run tubeless? I HATE punctures
be it thorns, pinch or whatever

Another negative vote for setting up cantis.

And re-greasing the split-wedge style EBB on my SS.
It requires crank puller, hex keys, resetting front chainline and chain tension, lots of messy copper grease, and more time & patience than I have.
So I just avoid all that & let it creak.

I love ordering stuff from ebay on a Wednesday night and have a Postman knocking on my door Friday morning with a big bundle of parcels!
