Jimbog’s 92 Roberts D.O.G.S B.O.L.X build

You have got those nice red pulley wheels, could be a theme.
My middleburns match nicely as they have a red spider (see previous pics). Have been wanting to use the Kooka’s for ages so my thoughts have moved to these. Not sure if they may be a bit OTT painted white, but they will match the frame paint scheme.

working on seatpost option 2 today. Sourced a complete bike with a 27.0 Syncros post and have tidied it up today and reapplied the lettering thanks to a stencil purchased from @velocipede. Not sure whether to use the m900 XTR or the Syncros. Any opinions?

Also painted up the Kooka cranks that are one of my three crank options for the build. The first white I used (Audi Ibis white) was too bright but I’ve now used VW Candy white which seems to be a better match to the frame given the 33 years of mellowing.
Sourced a black middleburn granny ring and am just waiting for some black Stronglight middle/outer rings to arrive.
Pairing these up with NOS m525 black pedals.
Not sure if these will be too bling for the build, but once I can get the chainset together then I can make that call.

Syncros looks better but jars a little on a British bike!! This doesn’t help does it?!

Replaced the old seatpost bolts with Ti ones.
