No Idea,almost certainly added latter and not by Norman(Taylor)
I have a couple of bikes with the custom racks and they use standard dropout braze ons.
It went for a bargain price though and those "interesting braze-ons" can easily be removed.
Anyone on here win it?

Missed this but at that price it's well worth it.
Could fix the braze ones and repaint to end up with a lovely machine.
