Is this a Raleigh Record Ace?

I want to sell this frame but can't quite figure out what it is. From the stem and headset it looks like an RRA, but I can't find any with the white head tube and seat tube, it also has a dt shifter mount. Any ideas? It's pretty light, and has an alloy seatpost and came with a sturmey archer 5 speed rear wheel which clearly wasn't original.

It's actually in anazing condition, all of the chrome cleaned up nicely, and the paint will too. Makes me think it may have been repainted?

Still not sure what it is however.

Raleigh Clubman used the same stem as yours, but I'm not sure that the clubman came in that colour. The Lenton Grand Prix certainly did.
Maybe Raleigh were not too fussy about build spec at the time, which wiukdn't be at all surprising!

I don't think it's a Lenton Grand Prix - lugs are the wrong shape and the Lenton had mudguard eyes on the dropouts, not the forks/stays. It also has the RRA saddlebag rack braze ons. RRA Moderne maybe?

RRA I think . Moderne did not have a Clip type head set?

The RRA was available to the buyers spec ie colour ,equipment etc .Special order .
Seen the rear racks go for silly money .
