That actually a really cool idea. We already have manually convertable geometry on bikes,

isnt that kinda like the san andreas idea?

I altered the geometry on my Schwinn Klunker at Innerleithen last month. It now has more fork rake and a layback seatpost. Those Schwinns were so ahead of their time.

There have been lots of tweakable bike frames, stems, seat pins etc. I even remember one childrens bike, made by Giant, that was intended to grow with its rider.

My idea is two bikes in one without stopping. I'am far to lazy to stop and tweak anything.
