Is there a thread for capital punishment for WANKER E Bayers ?
I have recieved two items today ,

One set of RC36 forks which i was assured DID NOT HAVE A CRACKED BRACE . And guess what ? They did well ! What a nice guy to lie bare facedley to me after i told him my purchase was redundancy funded .

One GT Karakoram frame 20" ? I think not , its an 18" . I did ask the vendor if he had measured from center to center ? He assured me he had . I think he measured from the back of his arse to where his brains were and got confused . But the best bit was "the frame is in good condition for its year , bar a few stone chips . i think Mr Magoo was the seller as the frame is dinged all the way up the cross bar . Nice big dents they are too , four of 'em .

So i move that we just dont have a BAD SELLERS THREAD , but we form an E BAY RETRIBUTION SQUAD to seek out theres total tosspots and teach them how to use a tape measure and also to ensure they go and get there eyes tested at regular intervals .

Sorry for the rant , but i'm seriously pissed . :evil:

Beware this phrase, always. It means that whatever your buying is a pile of crap. It's either in good condition or it's not.

after buying 2 pairs of forks from 2 different sellers, who i might add both had 100% feedback, both forks were pretty much useless. Fortunately the third purchase i got a good pair.

really is a lottery.

I had an XT chainset shipped from the states, described as amazing...

On arrival - Shagged tapers, gouges, worn rings...

The worst thing is I left positive feedback cos I dont wanna harm my feedback or enter a dispute...

I left "Positive feedback" but in the comment space railed the seller. he must have complained because ebay sent me a message titled: "we have three questions regarding your feedback" i answered them accurately. and that was it. worth the extra effort to let someone know that they suck

I, unfortunately, have had to go this route a couple times. I provided paypal with a detailed description, along with clear photos in contrast to the auction description...all asap. I won each time; paypal assured me that so long as I provided proof of returning the item to the seller, (tracking, etc), they would reimburse me.

Then I make sure to place the scammer on banned bidder list to help prevent retribution; there are some vindictive folks out there...even when they were wrong.
