Preparing to be shot down here, but a genuine question none the less:

How much of that stem is shared with a salsa?

The way the extension over-runs the steerer at the joint is very salsa and I've not seen another stem that does that [also something salsa stems were famous for].

Obviously an original ProMoto would have a roller rather than a fixed hanger, and the bar clamp bolt would be rotated by 90 degrees clockwise as we see it, but the similarities are there nonetheless...

Any information forthcoming from those more knowledgeable?

There's something really appealing about a Roberts with IRD. (+ hite-rite, rib cages etc etc! )
Very satisfying 'old world' engineering
