Inherited this ProFlex.

They are HED rims that are painted fibreglass instead of carbon fibre with LX hubs. Much cheaper but may still have value to someone going for the look without caring what they really are.

Very much HED wheels. Standard issue on many proflex animals
 
Nice bike. It is worth substantially more in parts than as a whole. $4-600 in wheels (maybe more depending on condition), $100 for brakes, $100 for the fork, $80 in small parts, $60 for the frame. As a whole bike, maybe $3-450 if you clean it up.

Spend about $100 for replacement squishies and some lube and it will be a fun ride.
