And later in his wonderful explorations which has spanned such a large amount of kilometers its almost unreal, he became a lover of the Brompton, and it served him for more than 68,000km.

He is one of the big inspirations in my own 3 speed journeys. Him and this little groups of folks reviving 3 speed touring in the UK, I can't remember their name but yeah. I think it's lovely when folk take something humble but well manufactured and put it to good use
