Thanks guys, yep this is the one that ended on ebay today. I can't wait to turn it into a proper bike again

I am guessing that it is some chipper puncture repair kit carrier on the down tube. I initially thought it might be a battery for a front light, but that would imply that the owner rode it at night, which I doubt.

God knows why the rear mech is covered up, maybe because it's a STX :?

Pics will definitely appear back on here, probably until you are sick to death of it!!

yeah the mechs covered cos its a tourney

the little box is a "survival kit " theres other tat on it too

rides okay tho and feels very light
