Identify Titanium (maybe) bike

You got to go for varied voltage ti anodising commonly called ti-dye:

Some people do this themselves - I think you principally need a variable voltage dc power source 50-250v??

Nice find. Would be curious to see the serial number - Sandvik typically stamped the frame size too under the bottom bracket.

The parts on it are a bit of mish-mash but nothing wrong with the XT M750/1 and LX M570.

For the parts I am thinking to purchase a whole old bike like this and take off what i need.

The seat tube is 44cm (17'").
I've found an old Scott bike with full '93 Shimano XT goupset. So i'm thinking to purchase It and use the parts fornthe Kastle frame.

I agree for a Sandvik made titanium : dropouts looks like first production of Kona and Mc Mahon
