Very observant of you,the cover is a gem,grips now replaced,they were those horrible sticky jelly affairs.Got some nice black rubber lock ons now

I'll have a look tomorrow,I know it starts JG which indicates a manufacturing date of 98

I thought it might be an F700, I've got an M700sl from 98/99 and I guy I used to ride with had this exact bike and they were equivalent bar the headshox

Thats confusing :?
My understanding was the last part of that shows its a 99 F series in large. Yet there's no F series in that colour in the Caad3 for 99.... :?
Theres a very remote chance that Cannondale launched it as a 98 and a half, not 98, but not quite 99. They did this and pi$$ed the dealers off as the full 99 would have better spec, ie the Caad4 frame :x
