ID help for this 80s MTB?

I've seen this for sale for the equivalent of just over £50 here in Sweden. Frame looks at least half-decent (steel, lugged construction) and I'll probably get it for the thumb shifters alone, but does anyone have an idea what it is? Badge on the front seems to say 'PDM' who were a road team sponsor in the late-80s.

Thanks, that would make sense. Seller is now ghosting me despite us making an arrangement for me to see the bike. People are weird…
