Iceland Not The Shop

I'd say Scotland's as good. And a hell of a lot cheaper.

Everything in Iceland is expensive, or certainly was when I was there (pre crash).

I went to Reykjavik to visit family last year and it was fantastic. Having family over there really curbed the costs, we even managed to get some cycling in and it was stunning. Unfortunitly I picked up an injury that took me out of the sport for 9 or so months. During which time I went and got myself some fitness equiptment. It was a finnlo elliptical trainer (i'll post the link below, they're GREAT for recovery from injury) and it made the transition back onto the saddle easier. Been back cycling for past 3 months now and feel great. Even planning next cycling trip (think its Scotland this time). Long story short, injury bad, Iceland good!
