But @KermitGKona88 , there's really no shame in pulling your crank without third party tools, even though it can be a bit boring. But it's how God intended we did it. A cheap razor for the palms is a must though.

The secret is to undo the male bolt part and then screw the bigger part into the crank all the way home so it's firm and seated and then use the bolt part to do the extracting
