Managed to get the frame out of storage
At 5am before work!
Quick measure centre top is 19”?
ALSO, found a fork , Alloy and raw
Finish also with Headset cups.
I know remember buying a Cromo
Proflex rigid fork with headset shortly
After.
Excuse the photo quality it was in my
Garage and pitch black at the time
