Its a bit battered and filthy but no dents or cracks - a USA built M2 Stumpy. Bought at a carboot on Sunday and immediately pounced upon by Toomanyframes who happened to be walking by...

Pics soon -ish - whats significant about these? Why does it ring a distant bell?

It was missing its wheels but pretty much identical to one of these:

Here it is, all cleaned up. Battered paint but structurally sound.

Well, here it is. Bits of this that and the other. Tyres were £8 each.

First thoughts: even though its a bitsa build this frame flies!

Plans: make it lighter and throw some well deserved nice bits on it.
