I’ve a hunch…..

I have a hunch you wont regret it...

Good luck and take your time. Dont rush to get strong, start by practicing the movements until you can do each exercise with perfect form. Then slowly increase the weight. Be patient as there's no point hurting yourself so yo cant exercise. Most gym staff are more than happy to have a quick chat and answer a few questions.

Great advice from Mikey08
I used to be quite hunched due to years of slouching as a lanky, ultra shy teenager. Skipping has really helped my posture. It’s also a fab cardiovascular workout and is good for stretching/relaxing the hamstrings which cycling seems to tighten.
Get a decent weighted rope, and as Mikey says concentrate on perfect form to begin with, until it’s feels natural.
