Your front is post mount so a +20mm post mount adapter is needed. Rear you need a 180mm 'Post-mount to I.S' adapter.

I second the idea to just get bigger rotors. Also new pads. Sintered pads offer more power but can be noisy in wet weather. Either way new pads and bigger rotors should see a decent improvement in braking power

meh, I'd run a +20 on the existing adapter, but I'm a bad person technically, you are correct and obviously a good person.

"noah and theo" do really good pads for this calipers, both resin and metallic.

Thanks I've got new sintered always use them for I like winter wet conditions illusion of speed grip & skill over hot summer mph.

Glad forums for chaps like me, I'm going for the bigger rotors great idea despite magura, they would be suitable for a much better bike.

Yes I'll try the front only first can always get the rear done if feel needed, thanks an adequate solution for £20 !
