hya can anybody help me identify this bike

Hi I was wondering if anybody can help me identify this bike it has kona stickers on but kona have told me it isnt one of theres it has ritchey vantage comp rims with pulstar axles and a mixture of deore lx xt xtr equipment thanks for all your help are these better pics

Definitely not a Kona, but I don't think it's an Orange either, that braze on cable tube around the seat tube isn't right for an Orange.

There were several brands that had wishbone rear stays, Orange, Rocky Mountain, Rock Lobster, Bontranger, but it doesn't look quite right to me to be any of those. :?
