How to replace a XTR lever blade ?

could you tell me the procedure to replace a XTR lever blade ?

The pivot pin is held into the lever with a grub screw, you can see the hole in the lever in the picture above. So undo screw, slide pivot out, swap spring, put lever back in, replace pivot and tighten grub screw. Job done.
