I had a similar dilema with my Parkpre Catalyst frame. When it arrived it had one cup left in the BB and I had no specific tool to remove it. Ended up using a headset spanner and liberal use of a hammer to shift it.

This was my method.
Headset spanner clamped onto cup with some threaded bar and large washers. Worked very well - needed a bit more leverage but the BB was rusted in and came out with a loud crack!
