The frame looks around the 2007/9 era to me. Most of the parts look period correct-ish (Say 2003-10) but not original.
The best advice I can give is that if the tyres are in good condition sell them separately as they're worth a lot!

Ah, didn't notice the V brake bosses. I remember those decals so it's probably around 2003 then. In that case the brakes might be original.
