hope pro 2 bearing replacement

Trying to bring myself into the current decade and have a nice set of wheels. Rear bearings are a little rough though so looking to replace them before I build up the bike. I've no experience of these hubs so not sure where to start.

Can anyone advise how to do this, any pitfalls I should try and avoid? Oh, I'd like to get the bearings before I start so I can do this in one go, so what bearings do I need and where is a good source?

Thanks for that, I think I've found a bearing source as well, so will be doing that shortly.

I did mine over the weekend, the hardest part was fitting the hub bearings with a minimal selection of tools but the freehub bearings went in easy just using a vice and a stack of 2p's for the outer bearing.
