Hood for Campagnolo 88 aero levers

I have the above levers on my 88 Ciocc. However the hoods are splitting. These are the aero levers in the sense that the brake lines run under the bar tape.

I am not too bothered about getting the exact campag stuff as this is my daily commuter but it would be nice to get a set of good quality replacement hoods either in white or black.

Can anyone please suggest where to get a set from, thanks
