I'm planning to be there. Entry no. 306.

I'll be attempting the 100k, on my cross bike. Tyres at 67.5psi :roll:

Grahame, where did you get conformation of the entry and number?

Via an email from the online entry people.

I'm assuming 67.5psi will be right. Last year I rode it on 68.25psi front and 68.37psi rear and found it just a little bit harsh on the 157th rut on the second big descent across the field. :twisted: :roll:

As for the stem length and angle. They are stock, I don't want to mess with the set up that Kona spent so much time and effort optimising ('cos of course they wouldn't have just used standard suppliers' parts, would they?) :twisted:

Direction of wind will depend on whether I have a curry the night before the event. As for the weather forcast, I expect it to be bright and cheery at the start, grey and gloomy just before the food stop, then brightening up as teh finish line approaches.

What Gus really wanted to ask but was too bashful to so "Grahame, where did you confirm that 67.5 psi is the optimum pressure?"

and stem lengh and angle , direction of the wind and weather forecast .

This has clearly gone far enough.

(I did just change teh cx bike's stem for a 0deg and it is much better though....for now)

Does state on the mail that you need to print off and take with you. Had to go hunting for mine again.
Not sure what they would do if you don't have it though. Can't see it being insurmountable on the day.

Not sure 30min TT sessions are best for 100k though :?
