Still regarding bottle cage, here it says the Mistral had two alloy bottle cages, but mine (and the picture) only seem to be able to mount one.
Moreover, what kind of bottle cage did they use? I seem to see rails only in the picture (catalogue from the 83 from the bible: nkilgariff)

Update: I can 'see' the bottle cage now in the picture!

What do you guys think of this bar tape? I got it used and intended to put it on the Carlton, but could work here (and save money). The brake hoods will be white (dirt white [real dirt ]) and cables white as well.
Thinking of leaving the Flux saddle for now until I sell it and find either a cheap black Brooks (as per catalogue) or a white San Marco.

Got a Brooks B17 black saddle but then realised I bid and won a B17S, so the missus will get it and will give me her (male) black San Marco Rolls.

So now I have a choice between a San Marco Ergo white or Rolls (they look the same to me), but black

Off my head I think I am waiting for the downtube shifters only. Need to go buy white cables and chain.

Found Mavic MA2 rims on Shimano 105 Golden Arrow hubs, the wheelset for only £20 and pick-up in Fulham which is near by!
