Other than that it would be useful to know the frame measurements, spacing etc

Of course. Apologies as I don’t do this often. Size is 56. No dings or misalignment a couple of minor scratches which are correctly and expensively to be touched up by the Master - Jason Rourke. The majority of these are now in the US. The last one that came on the market sold for £8500. Looking for sensible offers.

This is frame number 2001 indicating that it is the first of the 15 made.

For the ignorant on here, is it made for 700c or 27"?

It looks like a relatively (in the grand scheme) recent frame. Do you know who was building for Hetchins for that time? Does it have the trade mark Ron Cooper centre punch mark?

EDIT - Or a Bob Jackson build?
