Sadly I think this may be my last complete rebuild, I’m finding it more difficult doing the fiddly bits example replacing individual bearings in their cups, my short sightedness seems to be getting worse. I know I could get race bearings, but I do like to do things the old traditional way.
Thanks to you I even had a go at respraying my Routier frame. Now it’s become my favourite ‘nip to the shops’ bike.
I’ll continue to watch for your postings along with Peachy and Jamie you have made such friendly contributions to my enjoyment of the site.
Perhaps this last build has been for me the most rewarding , and for it to have been chosen as the cover photo for the ‘Carlton Cycles of Worksop’. site was a wonderful accolade, such a surprise and so very much appreciated.
