So I've taken them apart now. The seals inside say 30 40 8. So i guess thats the size replacement i need. Wheres the best place to get them, on internet for this size seemed to direct me to a scooter website for Piaggios and Vespas?

Are the seals weaping, any oil residue on stantions. If not they be fine. Just replace oil with either 5wt or 7.5wt rock oil. Ebay or enduro for seal kits, 30mm . Google marzocchi and the year, there should be a russian website which has all the detailed manuals

No they are a mess. They are ripped. When i got bike the forks were covered in oil.
