Help with a GT...

Evening

I was wondering if any of you guys can give me some information about this bike:

My son found this a couple of years ago & has been riding it into the ground ever since. I decided that it was time for an overhaul so I stripped it down yesterday. It would appear that it has the wrong size headset in it & also there is a disk on the rear hub but no provision on the frame for a disk mount? I think it was probably 2 different (stolen) bikes that have had a swap/meet together? It was handed in to the authorities when found but no one claimed it & so home it came...

I'd be interested to know what components it should have on it (if it was a complete)?

GT Agressor.....looks like an early 2000's model, low end spec.

£180 in Halfords, around 2001 IIRC. Tourney kit, v brakes. Those forks and chainset look correct.
Wicked heavy, but honest.
