Help with a 1999 Marin shoreline

Just picked up a complete bike but want to build up in period Deore LX, which part no's are 1999 LX???

Also looking to service the rear swing arm as it has play in it, what will i need to do to resolve this?

Also any idea on the seat tube diameter think it could be 30.9???
