Help to identify this bike frame

A few years back I bought this bike off ebay for about £250 as a back up commuter. When I bought it I made the guy give me a discount after it arrived because it had been repainted and had these nasty cinelli decals put on it.

However, the wheels and brakes were new, its pretty solid and rides quite nicely.

Now I'm thinking of breaking it up and selling it, and I would like to ID the frame. I'm not sure if it is a real cinelli & expecting it not to be.

Any ideas? There are no marking or serial number that I can see (Cinelli frames should have a serial number under the BB shell AFAIK. No lugs around the welds.

Looks very similar to Maccas 88 peugeot triathlon.
