Given the front mech cable wheel I would say it is pre 1992.

Yes, there is "0093" in serial number, but probably it's not the year.

The rear brake bridge, brake posts and cable stops make me think Marin but then the ones I know of don't have external butting, nor the front mech cable wheel, nor those dropouts.
