Help to ID frame and forks thanks

Hi, i would be realy grateful if someone could give some help to ID this frame and forks, i know nothing about older road bikes .....or new ones come to that many thanks

Hi godders Sorry can't help with this 1, but she sure looks nice. I'd be happy to say that the forks are Colnago Precisia (if they are straight blade) and have been married to a much older frame. I am no hetchins guy but lugs like that always remind of that sort of bike "60's-70's" fancy style. a (4digit ?) number stamped in the rear dropout indicates hetchins. If it had got brase on's for the gears I'd suspect it had been modified OR was a reproduction of an earlier type, but I see this is ALL clamp on type kit, so indicates an early frame. Just little clues often lead to ID'ing something All the best, yours Laz.

Now that's a strange one......the rib running down the seat stay and the little spike on the seat lug doesn't ring any bells with me at the moment

The forks are a different kettle of fish as they say LOL

Looks like a 60's jobby to me but not sure.....

Hi, that looks like an early number 1 lug Ephgrave ( needs researching to be 100% ), if so, that frame is top of any collectors list of desireable frames and very valueable ( I maybe able to afford one, one day ). If I was lucky enough to be in your shoes , I would ditch the Colnago forks and try to get a period fork, get a proper repaint, and enjoy something that is very special. Terry

the forks are defo colnago (after a clean its stamped on the dropouts ) :roll:
theres nothing stamped on the rear dropouts but a four digit number and two leters on the bb shell ...have a look
