or use caustic soda. take BB out and pour caustic soda solution through BB hole into seat tube. It'll eat through the ali not the Ti. Or do the same with WD40 or coke (really! Remember the school experiment with a tooth and a glass of coke) and leave overnight for a more gentle approach!
Thanks for the replies. I'm fairly sure that the bottom bracket is sealed but I'll be taking the bb out and checking anyway. As the post is a Moby post it's completly hollow so I should be able to pour coke in from the top then leave it overnight.
what era FAT ti? if its mass built then above is no problem. if its saratoga built massively advise against caustic/ coke as theres a bonded in alu shim in the seattube (this is now commonplace on most decent ti frames, seven use a carbon shim)
