Help shipping a bike from Poole to Aberdeen?

Hi folks,

Hopefully ok to post this here.

I've found a bike in Poole on Gumtree that I am very keen to buy but I'm all the way up in Aberdeen.

I've not yet asked the seller about shipping as most people are wary of online payments, couriers etc (nevermind preparing a bike for shipping) so I'm trying to make this as easy as possible for them.

If there's anyone local who might be willing to help out please let me know!

Damn, I live nearby and had to drive to St Andrews a couple of 10 days ago. I am likely to be up there again late October if that helps.
