Help needed to identify the Tange frameset

Maybe someone can help me to identify this nice framset. According the stamped
numbering at the bottom bracket it should be a 96. Abprebic fork installed and
a Tange tubing.
The very unusual cable routing at the seattube (similar to Panasonic but not the
gussets like Panasonic) should be a help to put light into the topic. Here some

Cable guides are different to the usual. Should help narrow it down.

What are the dropouts? Any stamping on the dropouts, otherwise a close up might help someone here recognise it.

What's the full frame number please? The only frame I have so far with an MC prefix is a Marin, and I'm pretty sure yours isn't a Marin, but the format of the number appears to be different too.
