says it's dekerf style - could it be one

Not dekerf, unfortunately. The drop outs wrong, the seat stays are capped off rather than open and there are too many gussets IMO. looks more like an On-One to me

Looks like a Curtlo....edit. Says he built it. Odd it is very Curlto-ish.
