Help me identify Ally frame (with Amp forks)?

Not based on the seat tube or cable mounts on the top tube.

Someone mentioned the lack of front mech pulley, but it looks like there was one or why else would that bolt be towards the bottom of the seat tube.

I'm going to throw marin into the mix as there was a post on here trying to identify a frame that had the same type of brake mounts at the front of the top tube?

Your absolutely right, had a reply back from Seven Cycles who say it's definitely NOT a Merlin or a Seven frame.

I'll see what google throws up for a Marin Ti frame.

The canti-bridge and the brace are virtually identical to my IFT
(marin alloy '96)

Cable routing doesn't look familiar, although i've never owned a Ti Marin.

Ti Marins at that time had down tube cable routing and didn't have CNC dropouts.
