Help ID'Ing Vintage CB

Hi all

Would someone be able to help me ID this bike I'm intending on selling for my dad? Unfortunately I only have a photo of the headtube but it seems to be quite a rare pattern.



I found this ad online that seems similar but I believe the one I have has always had gears.

I can get some in a couple of weeks. Alas thats all I've got for now. Realise that not ideal :-(
