Help identifying Frame

It's hard to tell what it is. It could be soooo many different manufacturers... I would'nt even have a good guess

Bog standard off the shelf frame made by in taiwan by everest if I remember rightly, A basic but indestructible frame as used by loads of different brands.
Cheap and cheerful but not at all bad in a "you can throw it off a cliff and still ride it away" kind of way.
