Help identifying Frame

Anyone know what frame this is? Ive seen the paintjob before but there are no Idents on the frame and Im losing brain cells at an alarming rate
Frame is aluminium with riveted cable stays. Bike is built up with Manitou comps, Onza HO cantis and LX grupo.

In the mid 90s I had an alloy frame, very similar paintjob, 'cept it was red and black, rather than green and black.

Mine was an unbranded alloy frame I bought from an LBS.

Identical frame to a 92 Claud Butler Zagatto except for the paint scheme. Tough plain gauge oversize 7000 series Aluminium Alloy. A good tough frame, maybe a wee bit overbuilt but at the time in case of warranty claims with a new material, better safe than sorry

IIRC They were a mass produced cheap option to cannondales BITD, sold often as framesets only and available in same effect red, blue, green or purple, some were built up and sold with a full XT groupset too. they were a great starting block frameset.
