Help identification : Grip shift first model ?

Hi,

Do you know this Grip shift model, year, pics, all informations ?
It’s very similar to first model know by all for mechanism, but it’s different on grip with fat grip in plastic.
Original color is neon yellow and I have machined one part broke.
