Help ID cnc seatpost quick release clamp + bar ends from 90s MTB

I have this seatpost clamp on a 1992 Haro Extreme. Was wondering if anyone can ID. I don't know if it was OEM

Also, I have this set of Tranz-X bar ends from mid 90s, but they don't look like any of the ones I've found online/eBay, these have a 2-bolt end cap design. Was wondering if they have a name.

Seat clamp might be fast feather, they looked a lot like that but there were lots of invitations around that time.
