Help collar needed to tighten handle bar on 94 lava dome !!

Hi all just sold my lava dome on ebay, I went to undo the handlebars to turn them sideways and as I have undone the collar that hold them in place there must have been a crack in it, I don't want to rip anyone off so can anyone help me out , thanks Russ

Hi its the ring above the bit that says impact its just above where it says kona at the front , thanks russ

yeah,the headset lockring,there may be someone on here with one,otherwise..
