To the Kona's experts, before I try to sell these forks, can anyone tell me are these Project 2 forks, they do look like one but at the bottom where you clamp the wheel looked different, not sure if they are the newer version? I have attach 2 pics to see, thanks.

is there anything stamped either on the inside dropout or on the steerer?

No, none at all, my project Cindercone with P2 forks have Kona marking on it.

I'm not an expert but I know that a lot of the P2's have Spinner or Spinner-Ji stamped in the dropout. Also some have DB or TB (I think  ) stamped on the steerer indicating if they are double butted or triple butted. I am assuming this doesn't apply to all P2's though.

these look like the ones on my orange now ...on mine you can just about see some sort of lettering on the steerer ...thats all i think thete are i am no kona 2 geek but i think they are hope this helps

The reason why I have asked about this, my forks seem to be the same as 'geezer' in the For Sale section 'Kona Caldera' the photos show the bottom bit of the forks there, just wondered if it's the new type or something?

And these are V-only 1998 plain-gauge P2s with Spinner stamped on the dropouts

But the short answer is yes those forks are P2s!
